- 2 whole-grain frozen waffles (homemade or store bought)
- reduced-fat whipped topping OR low-fat greek yogurt
- favorite fruit (fresh or frozen)
- Simply toast those waffles.
- Slap on a touch of whipped topping or yogurt. (A little goes a long way!)
- Sprinkle on that fruit my friend!
