Sometimes breakfast just needs to be quick, fast, and in a hurry! And I’ve got just what you need.

Ingredients ::

  • 2 whole-grain frozen waffles (homemade or store bought)
  • reduced-fat whipped topping OR low-fat greek yogurt
  • favorite fruit (fresh or frozen)

Directions ::

  1. Simply toast those waffles.
  2. Slap on a touch of whipped topping or yogurt. (A little goes a long way!)
  3. Sprinkle on that fruit my friend!

BOOM!
