Whoever hates on Friendsgiving has clearly never experienced the true glory of a real Friendsgiving! I recently got together with my gal pals & we had SO MUCH FUN cooking up a super fance foodie dinner for each other (which I promise is not a normal thing). This meal featured specialties from Thomas Kellar’s Bouchon Bakery cookbook. Check out our menu:

  1. Bouchon Bacon Cheddar Scones
  2. Beef Bourguignon (adapted from Smitten Kitchen’s Mushroom Bourguignon)
  3. Truffled Mashed Potatoes
  4. Double Apple & Brussels Sprout Slaw
  5. Garlicky Green Beans 
  6. Bouchon (Apple) Tart with Almond Cream (the recipe originally calls for plums, but we had a hard time finding them so made due with delicious Granny Smiths)
