I mean sometimes, Bey… if I’ve made aqua fresca, OK.

But for realsies, watermelon is what makes summer.  So celebrate this wondrous day of watermelon by picking up this fabulous fruit while it’s still in season!

Look at it’s bottom and make sure there’s a yellow spot from where the watermelon sat in the sun and sweetened up for you.  2 cups of water contains only 80 calories and it’s over 90% water so it’s a prime pick to rehydrate with!  This melon also packs Vitamin A, Vitamin C, fiber, potassium and lycopene.
