I had the wondrous opportunity to visit the most magical place on earth a couple of weeks ago (my broseph is a cast member) and I could NOT have been more excited to dive headfirst into the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival! I know, I know… when you were a kid Epcot totally wasn’t cool. Well guess what, your baby tastebuds grew up and can’t wait to try ALL THE FOODS and ALL THE ALCOHOLS!
And while “healthy” may not be synonymous with “theme park” I wanted to share my healthy picks from this year’s Epcot International Food & Wine Festival:
