We all know that the holidays can be a stressful time of year no matter how joyous (or un-joyous) you’re feeling.  If you find that you’re a little strung out, be sure to keep an eye on the amount of caffeine you’re consuming as too much can cause anxiety, nervousness, and tummy troubles.  (Not exactly the best you to present when making a first impression.)  While there’s not a hard and fast rule on how much caffeine is too much as it’s dependent on your individual sensitivity – 200-300mg of caffeine (~2-3 cups of coffee) is a moderate amount that will likely pose no physical problems for you.
