Happy National Nutrition Month, y’all!  I want to challenge you to “Bite Into A Healthy Lifestyle” this month — a lifestyle that includes the foods and activities YOU love.  The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics says that by “making more informed food choices and getting physical activity in daily, you can maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic disease and promote your overall health and well-being.
