I’ve got some quick healthy eating advice for you today friends!  We all know it’s harder to eat healthier if you don’t have access to healthy foods to fuel your body with.

To fix this food dilemma, aim to shop like you desire to eat.  Just like you would build a balanced meal according to MyPlate — make sure to fill 1/2 your grocery cart with fruits & veggies, don’t forget lean proteins, and be careful not to go overboard on grains.  Here’s a simple printable grocery list for healthier eating:
