Lets face it, it’s so easy to over do it over the holidays!  If you’re hosting, keep these simple party planning tips in mind to help your guests have a healthier holiday:

  • Drinkware: Opt for tall & narrow cups/stemware vs. short & squatty – you’re likely to pour less!
  • Serveware: Small appetizer plates are a MUST HAVE, but also choose dinner plates NO LARGER than 9 inches if needed.  (You might even consider buying “dessert plates” instead of dinner plates as they tend to be an inch or 2 smaller OR divided plates to help remind guests of enjoying a Balanced Plate.)
