I’m sooo glad food trucks took over the city of Nashville. I enjoyed (aka inhaled) 2 completely different cuisines this past weekend at Wanderland Urban Food Park‘s Winter Wanderland, held every Saturday 11am-6pm & Sunday 1pm-6pm in February at Elmington Park. Where else can you find quality eats & atmosphere like this? (I don’t think you can!)
Saturday’s Pick: The “HOT & SPICY CHICKEN, Jamaican jerk spice, Asian hot sauce, bread” concoction from The Hot Spot (pictured). The chicken was incredibly moist & seasoned, but also hot as a mug!
Sunday’s Pick: The Red Curry Special from DegThai. It. was. HEAVENLY!
Can’t wait for next weekend’s Winter Wanderland foodie adventure! If I’m lucky maybe I’ll see the larpers larping at Elmington on Sunday. 😀
