TBH I’m coming off a FNCE-high and starting November off with something I’m really passionate about. If you follow me, you might have learned that I am a Lifestyle Coach for the Diabetes Prevention Program. And there’s a LOT I want to share about this common condition. How common? — 1 out of 3 adults to be exact. (Do I have your attention yet?)
The sad reality is that of the 86 MILLION Americans who have Prediabetes, 9 out of 10 of them don’t even know they have it! Could that be you?
