  • 4 Jars

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh berries, washed
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Starting with the blender, add washed strawberries.  Blend the strawberries until pureed.
  • Step 2: Turn the blender off and add whipped cream cheese, honey, vanilla extract, flax seed, and cinnamon.
  • Step 3: Blend ingredients until smooth. Remove from the blender stand.
  • Step 4: Add oats and milk to the blender. 
  • Step 5: This last blend is very short, just pulse 3 or 4 times.
  • Step 6: Add the mixture divided into the overnight oats jars. Place the lid on the containers and place into the refrigerator.
