- 1 cup fresh berries, washed
- 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon flax seeds
- 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup milk
Step 1: Starting with the blender, add washed strawberries. Blend the strawberries until pureed.
Step 2: Turn the blender off and add whipped cream cheese, honey, vanilla extract, flax seed, and cinnamon.
Step 3: Blend ingredients until smooth. Remove from the blender stand.
Step 4: Add oats and milk to the blender.
Step 5: This last blend is very short, just pulse 3 or 4 times.
Step 6: Add the mixture divided into the overnight oats jars. Place the lid on the containers and place into the refrigerator.
